AXA AFFIN Life Insurance Berhad recently organised an Agency Award Presentation at the Genting International Convention Centre to honour its agents for their hard work and outstanding performance in 2011.

 

In his speech, Mr Loke Kah Meng, Chief Executive Officer of AXA AFFIN Life Insurance Berhad praised the Agency’s ‘”Fast and Furious” performance last year and its achievement of 96% growth in new business index. With tailor-made comprehensive development programme, the total agency force also grew by 69%. Tonight, we also celebrate our recognition of AXA AFFIN as the AXA Asia Life Country of the year (2011) awarded by the AXA Group for its outstanding achievement in Asia, added Mr Loke.

 

The highlight of the evening was the award presentation to the Agency’s Top Achievers. This year AXA AFFIN acknowledged 85 top performers for their effort and dedication to the success of the Agency in categories such as Top National Manager, Top Agency Manager, Top Unit Manager, Top Master Recruiter, Top National Agent, Top Agent, Top Rookie Agent, Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) and many more.

 

The Top 3 awards were given to Mr Wong Thean Sheng who became the Champion in two categories i.e. for Top National Manager and Top Unit Manager and Ms Cherng Chiew Sia as Champion for the Top Agency Manager in recognition of their excellent business achievements.

 

Meanwhile, the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table Award (MDRT) was presented to 9 Top Achievers compared to only 3 in 2010. Consistently qualifying for 2 years, Mr. Tai Kwee Fatt and Ms. Lim Siew Yean once again bagged the MDRT award. To add to the Agency’s great achievements, AXA AFFIN grew from 4 agencies to 11, for which it was recognised with the Million Dollar Agency Award.

 

The concept for this year’s award night, Flash Forward perfectly complimented the Agency”s 2012 business theme to “Get Ahead, Stay Ahead, Together We Grow”. In his closing statement, Mr Loke called for AXA AFFIN agents to continuously work together to strive towards greater heights in the years ahead.

 

To top off the night’s exciting event, the audience was entertained with energetic and upbeat life performances from a K-pop group and a special performance from a Korean Drum Troop throughout the evening.
